Founder & Director
Kellie Lean, founder of Your Link to Assistance, brings lived experience of caring for a family member with dementia and expertise in aged care, brain injuries, and diabetes support. Known as a ‘dementia whisperer,’ she is dedicated to providing compassionate, personalised care.
